We offer a 365-night Home Trial, giving you a full year to decide if Nectar is the right fit for you. If you are not satisfied, we will pick up the mattress and provide a full refund.

What is the Forever Warranty™?

Our Forever Warranty™ guarantees the construction, materials, and quality of your mattress for as long as you own it. If it is found to have a defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Do I need to flip my Nectar mattress?

No, Nectar mattresses are designed with a specific layered structure and should not be flipped. However, we recommend rotating the mattress 180 degrees every 6 months for even wear.

How is the mattress shipped and delivered?

Your mattress is compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a manageable box directly to your door. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.

Does Nectar offer financing options?

How long does it take for the mattress to expand?

Most Nectar mattresses expand within a few hours, but it may take up to 24 to 72 hours to reach its full loft and for any 'new mattress' scent to dissipate.
